Renovated Master Bathroom & Laundry Room in Naperville, Illinois

The customer wanted to completely remodel and reconfigure the existing master bathroom.  The customer also wanted to add a 2nd floor laundry room.
 
Some of the goals for this project was to enlarge the shower enclosure, create a separate room for the toilet and construct a 2nd floor laundry room.  We used existing space in the attic to reconfigure the existing footprint of the master bathroom to accommodate for a large walk in shower, spa bathtub and water closet.  We also used the existing attic space to create a 2nd floor laundry room.

The walk in shower includes a decorative tile layout and frameless glass shower door.  We also enhanced the shower by installing a body spray and rain shower head.  For additional relaxation we installed a spa bathtub with coordinating tile on the bathtub deck and rear bathtub walls.

We installed a his and hers vanity with extra countertop space.  We also installed a granite vanity top which serves a dual purpose – durability and style.
